In September 2018 I order a logo for £40. For 10 days I did not hear anything from them. I emailed a couple of time without a reply. I called them more than 25 times but no answer (Phone bill for those calls was £43.00). I then emailed again requesting a refund but still I've heard nothing until today. This is a ghost company and please do not try to purchase any services..!!

I placed a logo order in October 2017 and was told that i had unlimited revisions, a free website, and guaranteed refund if not satisfied. Well, all of that was untrue. After the second request for a revision they staryed to not respond back. I emailed regarding the free website but no response. I then decided to request a refund because i could never get a logo or a revision properly handled. I called several times left several messages nothing. Then I called weeks later and received an automated message stating " due to high call volume we are unable to accept your call". This went on for months and i emailed weekly with no response. I eventually looked up the website again and found a whole new site but looked very similar to the one i ordered from. There was a different number available on this site. I called and actually got a person on the phone. They pulled up my information and apologized then told me someone from the financial department would contact me to process the refund. Im still waiting on that call. Its almost a year later! I lost $99.00

Emailed several times since payment but no response since the confirmation of payment email, I then emailed every email on the website (all bounced back) including the Director Tom O'Driscoll who I emailed to ask if they were still trading as I requested and paid for a logo package back in June (10th) and haven't heard anything since my confirmation email? This is disappointing as I have used them quite a few times in the past (2017) and had always received a quick response together with great service. I always knew what I wanted so the design was great for me, also the final file versions were great together with fonts and pantone refs so I am totally shocked by the lack of response now. I emailed again stating that I now just need to know when to expect a full refund..all emails except the info@ and order@ have all bounced back. Sorry to say...don't use the company!

After I paid, I had to chase for a week (even though they promise a 6 hour turn around) just to get my logo. I paid for unlimited revisions. I asked them to tweak my first logo. After this I have not heard back from them. The number on their website rings out, no one responds back to emails - the service is appalling! A month on I'm now trying to get my money back but there is no reply from anyone! Don't waste you money - they do NOT promise what they say on their website, it's all lies!! I have two pending logs with them. I have obviously not waited and am now getting them done by another company. But I am emailing every day to try and get a refund as I have not used this service and have been totally ignored. It's disgusting. quite frankly I ned my money back as starting a new business I don't have pennies to spare... Everything on their website is complete false. do not believe it. I will continue to try and get my refund. Companies like this show not be in business. Absolutely appalling!

Absolute scam - Using 3rd party payment processor to hide

Contracted and paid for logo design. Payment was accepted through third party processor (NoChex). No initial sketches were sent in timeframe promised. Contacted customer service through chat. Agent stated that payment had not yet cleared. I had already confirmed with my bank that it had and advised him of this. Initial sketches arrived drastically later than promised. Initial sketches were awful. Provided clear, polite first revision instructions. Automated response stated artists were working on revisions and that I would receive in 12-24 hours. 60 DAYS and multiple contact attempts later, no further sketches, no contact of any kind, no refund. Pursued the processor for weeks, received a number of runaround email responses stating to please wait while they contact the merchant. Finally, they stated they cannot actually do anything at all. (See attached email). Disputed charge on credit card. 61 days after starting, I receive an automated message stating they have received my revision request and are beginning work. You have to be kidding... Absolutely not acceptable. My work log now states that refund has been issued. Have yet to see refund from logo design guarantee. This company has no professionalism, utilizes false advertising to promise a level of service they don't even attempt to provide and shows ZERO integrity in serving their clientele. Awful experience.

I applied for a job here from some site and was hired by wendi few months ago. I should have known then that i shouldn't trust them but I was a naive girl. So I'm from Nepal and it is kind of suspicious when someone hires you from overseas claiming that its online based job but I didn't question them then which was stupid on my part. They told me to say that we are located in the UK and so are all the employees, I did what I was told without any questions for they were the one who hired me. So the months went by and I never got paid, I emailed tommy(owner and the mastermind behind this all) everyday asking for my wages and all he said was he has already send the wages which I never received. So I did what was right, I mailed every client's telling the truth about the website and told them to contact their banks so that they could get their refunds and I hope they were able to get it. And logo design guarantee isn't the only website they run, they rip off people from their another website logoloft too. So I would suggest that you never visit those two sites. And if I could I would have reported them to the authorities myself but alas I live miles and miles away so the only thing I can do is warn people from using this site.

They not only make terrible logos, but they will not give you a refund when you are not satisfied. The logos looked computer generated and extremely cheap. None of my logos were hand drawn like they said. Not only was the logo terrible, but I have been fighting for months for a refund with no avail. Everytime you call, they say they will have their finance department send an email, but it never comes. They will not let you speak to anyone else when you request. Their customer service is terrible and they are very difficult to get in touch with. You are better off anywhere, but with this company.

One Word: Disaster!
Customer service is slipshod, at best. After complaining about revisions not being made or done incorrectly, I was told, their best designers would be put on my project - with little results. After 4.5 months, we still haven't completed the Home page! I used Logo Design Guarantee a few years ago & they were amazing - prompt, responsive, creative & cost effective. Bottom line: this company should no longer be considered a viable option for ANY service. They are interested in your payment (at the bargain rate), don't have enough competent designers to execute the volume of projects, designers must be quitting from overwork & the customer is left holding the bag... AVOID AT ALL HAZZARD!

Giving one star is also not advisable. They sent me logos of AUDI and Olympics to use. I asked for a refund, and it has been more than 22 working days, and no money has been refunded. The guy James who I spoke to had promised me money back in 20 working days. My order no is: 99281 I wish I had read the reviews first. This is a total scam. My money went to waste. I am planning on reporting this company to the police for cyber scam

Asked for a refund in September. It is November now and they are least bothered to refund or answer my emails.
I have logged a complaint with the cyber crime police department against them. Lets see how they respond to it.

signed up 2 months ago, given run around about their site was hacked. Said they would upgrade me to the best package for free. Called several times and left messages. Now they said designers are not working and still having problems and can't produce a logo. ^ hour responce is BS. Maybe 6 months. Stay far far away. I used them in the past and had no issues, must have sold the company or going out of business, very hard to get someone on the line, waited 28 minutes on hold. Call a different company. you will get no costumer support and they did not offer me a refund, just excuses. Very unhappy and disappointed customer.

This company takes your money, don't give you your product. I have been trying to reach them for over a week. Sent every emails and been sitting on the phone for hours and they don't answer or give you a call back. They are a waste of time, energy and money. Do not use this company to create any thing. They are false advertising 24/7 and you cant get a hold of them. They only return your call when you sign up and pay after that you are basically on your own. The worst company to deal with. Don't use them. They need to be sued.

I purchased their plan for 12 logo designs and even paid extra for the animated logo for the website. When I received the first batch, it was clear from the start that they were useless! Their team did not research what I did nor look at the industry that I worked in. All the logo designs sent over looked exactly like the ones found preset on the other FREE websites available. Out of the 12, only 1 was OKish but needed amendments, which I sent. I even sent a request for the other logos to be all redone to look more professional. At that point I didn't see any other logo and all they did was to redesign the logo I said was OKish over and over again. I requested a full refund as stated on their website which was back in March and I'm currently waiting. They say they are UK registered but the domain name is registered to a Scott Sutton in Wisconsin , US. Every time I sent an email asking where the refund was, I kept getting the same email back - "your email has been passed to the Financial Department. They will provide a response in 24-48 hours" AVOID WITH ALL COST. THEY ARE A SCAMMING COMPANY

I purchased a LOGO over two years ago, never recieved the logo nor refund, they just kept sending me a standard reply "please give us another opportunity" even months later they still refused to give me my refund even though I still had no logo. Even after email, after email, when I would call they would hang up on me. Just terrible service. I will NEVER use this company again. Ive moved on to UPWORK and have had the best experience. This company is a SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM, they will steal your money or attempt to sell you a $5 LOGO!!!! And they will not repsond to request for refunds, and will continue to try to get you to take the trashy logo they want to sell you.
